What Happens in a Massage Therapy Session (Neuromuscular Re-Education)?

At Stern Chiropractic Clinic, our Licensed Massage Therapists (LTM's) target your problems areas through various massage techniques. Although we are a Chiropractic Clinic, we strive to make the atmosphere of your massage similar to that of a spa. Patients and their massage therapist have a private room, which is designed to make the patient feel as relaxed as possible. 

How Long is a Massage?

We offer both 15 and 45-minute massages. In new patient's customized treatment plans, Dr. Stern chooses the time frame that is best for their recovery process.
